  • Transformed 100+ online forms to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, increasing System Usability Scale (SUS) scores up to 88.

  • Created a Web UI and Form Design Guidelines to enhance design consistency and streamline internal processes.

  • Led discovery and concept design for an Interactive Building & Planning Tool, delivering a clickable prototype in 2 weeks.
